The committee organise several social events during the sailing calendar which are fun to be a part of as well providing the opportunity to meet and natter other members in the club.

The first must-go in the calendar year is the 'new members evening', where we aim to introduce you to as many members as possible and particularly the committee and class-captains.  

Other key events in the social calendar, are the 'laying-up supper' in December and 'prize-giving' after the Christmas Pudding Race on the last Sunday before Christmas.

Class Captains also organise class socials. This is a good way of getting to know people who sail the same class of boat as you.
